Greek Restaurant PEFKOS (BBQ GRILL PIZZA) — Restaurant in Municipality of Southern Corfu

What a gem of a place. Recommended by the locals for authentic Greek food. We were not disapointed. We had the village lamb dish and also seafood. The seafood was fresh and beautifully cooked. The lamb dish was sublime. The meet melted in your mouth. Full of flavour.. So good we went back on our last night.. We went passed a few times as it was empty. Don't be put off by this. it did get busy after people saw people in there. Only wish we had found it earlier. Some of the best food we had on our holiday and we look forward to returning. The owner is very kind and the service was great....

We highly recommend this place! The food is fresh,very tasty and flavourful, waiting time is moderate but it is acceptable if you want fresh cooked food. The place is a greek classic,good taste present,they have built the restaurant around a tree,where most people will just chop the tree down. Clean throughout,the owners are nice and sociable when approached. Prices are reasonable,but compared to others places are not that high. I don't understand why this place is empty always. This is a lovely family run Greek restaurant with some amazing dishes. We tried the prawn saganaki and the mussels saganaki... Simply divine. The owner is a sweet guy who gives recommendations based on what you like. I think he needs to market the restaurant well if he wishes to attract more customers. I would hate to see tourists in Kavos missing out on some delicious Greek food. And hence please visit this...
