Simane Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Symi

The owner is super rude, I throw very little water to the stone floor outside just to clean my dog’s water bottle before I give her fresh water. The floor is stone, we were sitting on the edge near to the road and not inside the restaurant, and it’s an open air place, and not to mention the weather is 35 degrees… But the owner run to shout at me for that, claiming this is dangerous for people because he thinks the floor got very slippery with even less than 1/3 glass of water in this 35 degrees of weather. Don’t think this is a way to treat customers in an amazing island like Symi - he caused our experience to end in a very bad way just...

Nice place in front of the harbor , was Saturday evening and we had some crepes and te .. simple but amazing . Looks like a family restaurant , the woman who made the crepes , she was also the waitress , looks like the owner and looks happy , she was very nice with us , I recomended cause good is very important , was a pity thats it’s aloud to smoke in the restaurants cause everyone smokes in Greece and for me me it’s really bad smell cigarettes 🚬 , but I thinks is something about the culture in this country ! And more in the islands ! ...

Absolutely delicious ice cream — one of the best we’ve had on the island! The flavors were rich and refreshing, perfect for a sunny day. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and even said “Teşekkürler” in Turkish, which made us feel very welcome. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly made our day. Highly recommended — 5 stars! Efharisto! ...
