Rude and Disrespectful – Avoid This Place!

It was honestly shocking to receive such rude treatment on an island like Symi. We initially sat down at Stella Cafe Restaurant and looked over the menu. Shortly after, we noticed a nearby restaurant that seemed more appealing, so we politely left. However, upon learning that their kitchen was closed, we decided to return to Stella.

Big mistake. The owner literally kicked us out. Despite our respectful approach, we were met with an incredibly hostile and humiliating attitude, as if we had done something wrong. It completely ruined the mood of our day.

This is not how you treat customers — especially not in a tourist destination that relies on hospitality. The behavior was not only unprofessional but outright disgraceful.

The owner of the cafe is super rude. He asks you how much time you intend to stay in the cafe before allowing you to actually sit on a table. FIY: 2 hours is not the right answer.
