As a fervent lover of cookies, I was eager to indulge in their diverse offerings. However, my experience was marred by one glaring flaw: none of the cookies we purchased were fresh. Despite the shop's impressive selection, ranging from triple chocolate chip to banana stuffed delights, the overall quality fell short of expectations. The texture was disappointingly stale, lacking the soft, chewy interior and crisp edges that define a perfect cookie. It was evident that the cookies had been sitting out for some time, devoid of the freshness one would expect from a reputable cookie establishment. Service-wise, the staff was courteous and accommodating, but the lack of attention to freshness detracted significantly from the overall experience. Πέρασα τυχαία από το σημείο και ψώνισα μπισκότα αξίας 43€ συνολικά για να κεράσω τους 10 συναδέλφους μου . Όλοι συμφωνήσαμε πως ήταν ίσως τα πιο ωραία που έχουμε φάει ! Ωστόσο οριακά δεν θα ξανά προτιμούσα να πάρω από εκεί ώστε να αποφύγω την ίσως πιο άκρως αγενέστατη αδιάφορη και αντιεπαγγελματια υπάλληλο που έχω συναντήσει. Την ρωτούσα ευγενικά και στον πληθυντικό να μου δώσει πληροφορίες για τις γεύσεις καθώς και τις τιμές και κάθε της απάντηση ήταν στον ενικό και προερχόταν από μια δυσανασχετη και ένα ξεφύσημα τύπου άσε με στην ησυχία μου . Το κορυφαίο ήταν όταν την ρώτησα για 15 μπισκότα αν θα ήμαστε γύρω στα 30€ η απάντηση ήταν « Ε λογικά, που να ξέρω δεν ξέρω μαθηματικά» με το πιο παγωμένο ύφος που θα μπορούσες να συναντήσεις σε πωλητή.
