My family and I came in for drinks after walking around the city for a while. As we were ordering, for some unknown reason, the waitress began giving us some insane attitude. Pulling ridiculous faces, rolling her eyes and an aggressive tone is what she greeted us with. Both myself and my sister refused to order anything after witnessing the disrespect the waitress gave to my parents. Will never step foot in this coffee shop again. Appalling service.
We had 4 people seated at the table. Only 2 cups of water were brought out. Was she expecting us to share the cups of water or can she not count? Very very frustrating.

This is likely why their competitor and nearby Coffee Island was full while this Mikel was rather empty. In my neighborhood, it's the opposite. Mikel is full and Coffee Island is rather empty. I hope the chain does not implement this awful idea in other locations.
Coffee Island is also excellent and less expensive than table...
