I ordered the English breakfast which came completely cold - all parts of it. I asked the waitress a few minutes after recieving it to heat it up (not recook as I didn't want to cause a fuss). The waitress came back and told me that the chef informed her that this food goes cold in 3-5 minutes and that's why it was cold, because I didn't eat it fast enough (it arrived cold).

It came back almost 15 minutes later cold again. 5 minutes later I asked for it to be heated up again and recieved the same answer, basically that I wasn't eating it fast enough. The food arrived cold both times and instead of an apology or at least just "heating up" the food the third time, I was given an excuse saying it was my fault - all I expected was for the food at least to be warm. I never want to complain when I am at a restaurant but if I have to, I don't expect such defensive and rude behaviour. I can see from the 4.5 rating that the majority had a pleasent experience, perhaps I got the chef and waitress on a bad day, but nonetheless, I won't be returning or recommeding it based on my experience.

Very nice and cozy place, especially when the sun is shining! The only downside was the waiting time, which wasn't very clear how that works. We had to wait quite a while for a table outside. Additionally, paying by card can be a bit of a hassle due to network issues. Other than that, the food was amazing with generous portions. They offer a wide variety of options, making it hard to decide what to get. I ended up with a sour pancake, which was delicious. The coffee is also pretty good. I really enjoyed the brunch, especially sitting outside and enjoying the amazing weather....
