Paradox — Hotel in Municipality of Thessaloniki

The room description included washing machine (see photo). It doesn't say "laundry facilities" or "washing machine on site." It states there is a washing machine in the room (see photo). So we showed up after travelling for a month and really needing and counting on doing some laundry. And the small, strange room has no washing machine. So we contact them and they reply saying "we have no washing machines" So we reach out and say- you guys mislead us about this room so please let us go to another hotel. No reply until they refuse in an arrogant and highhanded way. Really terrible response. They were not honest and also greedy. They expected us to eat 50% of our money bc they lied! We were stuck and all the external laundries were closed bc it was Pentecost! So Paradox really screwed us. Room is strange and creepy. I think maybe illegal hotel since we were never asked for our passport info (only place in Greece that...

This is the worst experience of my life. Natali cancelled our reservation 2 days before New Years saying “they had a problem with water and had to cancel all reservations” leaving us with nowhere to go. We had to cancel all our plans and not go to Thessaloniki because we had NOWHERE to go. And when I asked for proof that she cancelled all other reservations she didn’t provide any. When I asked for her Boss, she said he is on an airplane, later she said he will call me now, and he never called.
