Raki Ouzeri in Thessaloniki is a delightful dining experience that truly captures the essence of authentic Greek cuisine. The staff was incredibly lovely—not pushy or ignorant—and made us feel right at home.

The food selection was impressive without being overwhelming; having fewer options gave us the impression that everything was fresh, and it certainly was! The meat was flavorful, the tzatziki was perfect, and the cheese in the pan was a must-try. We also loved the zucchini bites; they were delicious and added a nice touch to our meal.

I came here with my boyfriend, we sat inside and had dinner. This place completely blew my expectations as I thought it was going to be another classic taverna. The presentation on their food is beautiful, but the taste and flavor is immaculate. The fried zucchini balls are definitely the best in Thessaloniki. The chicken souvlaki was so tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The soutzoukakia was thick and packed with herbs! We were a company of 7 people in total and we did not make reservation before we want, but they have managed to place us on a table outside. Which was probably the only negative thing that we had, as it was near the street and it was quite noisy for the traffic. But at the end it was our choice. The quality of the food is very good. The portions that they serve are big for the prices that they have. Our waitress was not so fluent in English and she struggled with some words, but we have managed to get along.
