The attention to detail in both the decor and the service is impeccable, making every visit feel special.

The food at Alchemia is nothing short of extraordinary. We made it a point to sample almost everything on the menu, trying 6-7 dishes each time, and not a single item disappointed. Every dish is a testament to the culinary excellence of the kitchen, with flavors that are both innovative and comforting. The ingredients are fresh, the presentation is beautiful, and the taste is simply elite. It's no exaggeration to say that this is the best restaurant in all of Santorini.

Anyone who is leaving a bad review about the price has clearly never been to a nice restaurant. The value you get at Alchemia is outstanding, especially considering the dismal quality of food elsewhere in Pyrgos. This restaurant is the sole reason to visit Pyrgos—it’s insane how good it is!

What makes Alchemia even more special is the dedication of its staff. The restaurant is a true family affair, with the parents and their sons working tirelessly to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. Their warmth, hospitality, and passion for what they do are evident in every aspect of the restaurant. It’s this personal touch that elevates Alchemia from a great restaurant to an exceptional one.

Given the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service, Alchemia is well worth the money. In fact, they could easily justify raising their prices. This restaurant deserves far more recognition, and we can only hope that more people discover this gem.

🇬🇷Η διαμονή μας με τον γιο του στην Σαντορίνη ήταν ξεχωριστή δειπνήσαμε σε Πολλά εστιατόρια αλλά το πρώτο από όλα για εμάς είναι το Alchemia Lounge Cuisine στον πύργο...❤️ που έχω μια εμπειρία 27 χρόνια στην ελληνική γαστρονομία με ένα εστιατόριο στην κατοχή μου 17 χρόνια στο εξωτερικό.

δεν έχουν σημασία τα αστέρια η τα θετικά σχόλια ή τα αρνητικά μπορεί όλες οι επιχειρήσεις να δεχτούν αρνητικά σχολεία αλλά με ονόματος επώνυμο όπως και η κάθε επιχειρήσει έχει όνομα Παράδειγμα το εστιατόριο Αλχιμia έχει όνομα.

Αλχιμiα:

οικοδεσπότης Ελεονορα πολύ ευγενική της ζητήσαμε να έρθει στο τραπέζι μας να γνωριστούμε τι εμπειρίες έχεις σαν ιδιοκτήτρια καινούργια είχαμε μια πολύ καλή συζητήσει για πολλα θέματα επανω στην γαστρονομία..με πολλα χρόνια εμπειρία στην γαστρονομία σερβιτόρα 2 μήνες ιδιοκτήτρια της έδωσα της δικές μου εμπειρίες καταλαβεναι ο ένας τον άλλο.

Ατμόσφαιρα τέλια μοντέρνα...

θέα η καλύτερη απολάμβανες το δείπνο σου με θέα την θάλασσα

Δείπνος:τέλια γευστικότατα όλα από το πρώτο πιάτο μέχρι το τελευταίο...

🇬🇧Our stay with his son in Santorini was special we dined in many restaurants but the first of all for us is Alchemia Lounge Cuisine in the tower...❤️ that I have an experience of 27 years in Greek gastronomy with a restaurant in my possession 17 years abroad.

it doesn't matter the stars or the positive comments or the negatives, all businesses can accept negative schools but with a name and a surname, just like every business has a name. For example, Alchimia restaurant has a name.

Alchemy:

Host Eleonora very kind, we asked her to come to our table let's get to know each other, what experiences do you have as a new owner, we had a very good conversation about many topics back to gastronomy..with many years of experience in gastronomy, waitress 2 months owner I gave her my own experiences understanding each other.

🇩🇪Unser Aufenthalt mit seinem Sohn auf Santorini war etwas Besonderes, wir haben in vielen Restaurants gegessen, aber das Wichtigste war für uns ist Alchemia Lounge Cuisine im Turm...❤️ dass ich über 27 Jahre Erfahrung in der griechischen Gastronomie mit einem Restaurant in meinem Besitz und 17 Jahren im Ausland verfüge.

Es spielt keine Rolle, welche Sterne, ob positive oder negative Kommentare, alle Unternehmen können negative Schulen akzeptieren, aber mit einem Vor- und Nachnamen, so wie jedes Unternehmen einen Namen hat. Zum Beispiel hat das Restaurant Alchimia einen Namen.

Alchimie:

Gastgeberin Eleonora war sehr nett, wir baten sie, an unseren Tisch zu kommen lernen wir uns kennen, welche Erfahrungen macht man als neuer Inhaber, wir hatten ein sehr gutes Gespräch über viele Themen zurück zur Gastronomie..mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, Kellnerin 2 Monate lang habe ich ihr als Besitzerin meine eigenen Erfahrungen mitgeteilt und mich gegenseitig verstanden.

Perfekt moderne Atmosphäre...

Servieren: einwandfrei

The view from this restaurant is one of the best I have seen in Pyrgos. It is simply stunning. Make sure to book ahead and reserve a terrace table in advance and hour before sunset to enjoy it properly.

Bread to start was nice with the avocado cream.

‘Plaki’ monkfish pasta had very little flavour and the fish as well as the rest of the dish was very under seasoned. I’ve had simple cheap pastas that tasted better.

The ‘Dish of the Day’ were the grilled shrimps. This was very very nice, the greens were beautiful seasoned and crunchy, the shrimps were cooked to perfection and were extremely juicy. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind getting stuck in!

Baklava ice cream wasn’t great but it tasted ok. The pasty for the baklava was soggy and there was no crunchiness to it at all which was a let down. The flavour of the ice cream and baklavas was very nice and sweet.

Whilst the food was better than most places, it was extremely expensive at a cost of ~€120 with soft drinks only. I can’t rate the food highly because for less money you get better food elsewhere in Pyrgos and the...
