We visited the restaurant during 2021 Christmas. This was one of the few restaurants open in Pyrgos. The owners (father and son) were very gracious in accommodating our dietary needs. Their menu was limited to what was in season. They cooked up a couple of salads and hearty dishes from their pantry (off menu dishes) and they were all delicious. They also asked us to call ahead of our return back to the area the following day so they could make a pasta dish and have it warm and ready for us! Absolutely will return if I am ever back in the area and highly recommend the restaurant.

Five star at least... we came for dinner, lunch and again dinner and couldn't be happier to eat the best lambchop ever, not mentioning the moussaka daily prepared by chef and dad Nectarios... we loved the tender and juicy chicken souvlaki, the Santorini salad... products are fresh, tasty and cooked with love. We definitely recommend and can't wait to come back to Santorini to enjoy the pleasure of eating here at Kallisti Taverna

Was around that area and so googled and found people gave good review for this restaurant. So we give it a try. The fish of the day taste really good. You can taste the freshness. We ordered a kinda of dip, the first page and top most of the list, together with the bread, it taste fantastic.

Snagged some more saganaki while waiting near the bus stop across the street. Impossible to fake it, this place hasn't stop producing. Hard to say what to get, but moussaka won't disappoint. Also the tomatoes are a national treasure due to the volcanic soil.

Delighted to follow recommendations to this excellent, unassuming place, where friendly and relaxed folks served us divine chargrilled aubergine and lamb ribs, freshened up with a sweet Santorini tomato and caper salad. Thoroughly recommended.

Ambience was nice but restaurant does not have variety of food options. And the menu was not even properly categorized. But drinks were amazing..i have ordered summer breeze and i really like its freshness..
