If you're staying in Pyrgos, chances are you're going to stop at this place or it's neighbour as its right on the main street across from a convenience store. We ordered a platter with a trio of dips, some grilled ham, dolmades and pita bread. We ordered a local white wine and beer. Beer was a bit boring, but the wine was fine. The location is good, nice and handy, and the service was great. We were served by a lovely young Greek girl that was always smiling and happy to talk to us. I believe the restaurant next door is more for meals, but last time we were there their meals were a bit boring / average. For a quick stop / snack & wine, I'd definitely stop here. For a more serious meal I'd suggest rosemary which is nearby or Pyrgos restaurant, which is a 10 minute walk from here.

A happy experience. We came here expecting a breakfast, but the stop serving those after 12.00. We chose a lot of meze to taste something different, and everything had a wonderful flavour ! It is really tasty ! They offer a large variety of meals, with a highlight on local specialties like the "Santorini salad". If you arrive before noon, you'll have the chance to eat a real breakfast / brunch for one ore two, with pankakes and greek yoghurt, with a large variety of hot and cold drinks. The waiters are nice, patient and professional, in a pleasant environment on a small place in the heart of Pyrgos.

Lovely food and drinks in the town of Pygros! We just walked into this little restaurant while exploring Pygros and we were surprised by how good and reasonable the food were. It’s a perfect spot to have lunch and drinks, their iced tea was amazing, be sure not to miss out! The portions were very generous and the food was enough for a family of 4. Outdoor seating area was very nice in summer but it might be slightly confusing as they kind of shared it with the restaurant next door.

Nous sommes allé au restaurent sans avoir réservé , arrivé à 21h le restaurent était complet le serveur nous a dit qu’il ferait son possible mais il n’y avait pas de table pour le moment . On est donc revenu une heure plus tard et une table nous attendait , on voit qu’ils sont pressé car il s’agit d’un petit restaurent et que les clients défilent ... L’accueil par ce serveur était quand même très correct de plus au moment de la commande il c’est excusé pour l’attente (alors qu’il n’y ai pour rien). Il a aussi bien pris le temps de nous répondre au questions qu’on lui posait , passionné et connaisseur de sa carte de vin ainsi que la nourriture . Pas de sentiment d’être dans une usine malgré les tables qui s’enchaînent , au niveau de la qualité : la nourriture est vraiment bonne on ne s’attend pas à un gastro car les prix sont très abordables mais on retrouve quand même beaucoup de goût et de la fraîcheur dans nos plats . Un choix vraiment diversifié : végétarien , vegan et bien sûr des produits locaux (porc , fromage , légumes ...) sans parler de la carte de vins avec vraiment beaucoup de choix . Je vous recommande vraiment ce restaurent .

Let me start with the fact that the coffee was really good, and the barista was sweet and attentive. Granola was also delish. We were a group of 5, and the table was very small. We attached two small tables but they made us separate them though the place wasn’t full. We basically ate off our laps and chairs. The waitress could have been a bit nicer. Perhaps too tired.

Brusco is a great choice on a cold or rainy evening as it has a covered area with heating. We ended up here on an unusually cold and rainy evening in April, on the recommendation of our villa manager, and we had some fantastic food, our only regret is that we weren't able to return. We shared a Greek platter and cheese pie. We long to return again some time!
