The location was unbelievable with a views of Fira and the cruise liners in the bay down below, it is also a great place to watch the sun set. The waiter was very friendly and nice to the kids.. We stayed a total of 10 days in Santorini and this was by far the worst food we had during our stay... We ordered the steak and the chicken breast. 40 mins later our meals arrived and they were awful. The steak was tiny and like rubber and the sauce was like it came from an instant packet. The chicken was dry with a tough exterior and tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. The potatoe slices were from a frozen pack and were tasteless. We ordered apple juice for the kids and it had a texture similar to the inside of an apple crumble, the kids couldn't even drink it through the straw. All in all it reminded us of a meal prepared in a student house. We paid over €100 for the meal and we ended up leaving hungry. I would NOT recommend having food at this restaurant, it is over priced and the food is awful. I would definitely recommend a drink to watch...

Da Costa Santorini – My Taste Buds Are Still on Vacation

You know that moment when you take one bite and immediately start planning your next meal there? Yeah, that was lunch at Da Costa Santorini.

First off — the Greek salad was so fresh I’m convinced the cucumbers had just finished doing yoga. The tomatoes? Sun-kissed. The feta? Chunky, salty, and living its best life on top. Honestly, it could’ve been a standalone dish... but then the chicken tzatziki showed up and said, “Hold my ouzo.”

That chicken was so tender I started questioning my life choices and wondering why I don’t live next door. And the tzatziki? Creamy, garlicky, and clearly made with love (and probably a Greek grandmother’s approval). I would happily bathe in it — but I settled for dunking everything on the plate.

Service was warm, like you’re a long-lost cousin returning from a heroic quest (in our case, just hungry tourists). If you’re anywhere near the area and not stopping here, you’re doing your taste buds a disservice. This isn’t just lunch — it’s a full Greek...

Me and my boyfriend had dinner at Da Costa and we tried risotto with beaf and seafood. Of course with some local rose 🍷. Their risotto was so tasty and the wine just amazing .The food, the wine ,the view were just perfect. I recommend this restaurant for its exceptional food, romantic ambiance, and stunning views of the Aegean Sea. With its charming outdoor seating area, guests can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking sunset and picturesque scenery. They have a friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner for two or a special occasion with friends and family, Da Costa restaurant in Santorini is the perfect destination for a memorable culinary experience that will leave you...

I ordered the special pork gyros and it was honestly the worst I’ve had during my time in Santorini. It turned out to be pulled pork, completely lacking the typical crust, crunch, and flavor you’d expect from gyros. When I mentioned this to the owner’s son, his response was, “That’s why we call it special.” I suggested they clarify it on the menu, but he replied, “Pulled pork doesn’t sound attractive and we have to sell it.” No effort was made to offer a replacement or address the issue. The Greek salad was disappointing too — just chopped tomatoes with 4 olives. No balance, nothing fresh or flavorful. The place was empty, no tables set or ready, and overall felt cheap and poorly managed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Also the most expensive water bottle of Santorini. 7 euros.
