The hype is overrated in my opinion, I tried the Greek bolognese Raghu with extra cheese. It comes with a smaller cup of cheese but you can pay €1.50 for extra which was disappointing considering it’s the same small size they provide you with already. The sauce wasn’t anything special felt it was lacking in olive oil garlic and needed more salt. Some fresh Basil ontop could make a huge difference as well. The pasta wasn’t made fresh in front of us because it was later in the evening. The portion size was sufficient for the price the meat was lacking within the sauce very little meat. Great take away pasta spot with a few tables and chairs to dine al fresco in the main spot. Nestled between other food spots this place was delicious! Freshed pasta cooked to order we were pleasantly surprised! Lives up to the 5 star rating. We ordered the chicken and mushroom, their chef salad, and the santorinian pasta. All were very well flavored and served hot and stayed hot while eating outside. Highly recommend a visit if you're craving some pasta! Went to this seemingly promising pasta joint near our hotel - 4.7 stars with about 500+ reviews, we were expecting a decent meal.

Sat down and the service crew seemed uninterested to serve us, almost rushed.

We ordered the Pesto and Carbonara Spaghetti. Took about 10-15mins to come.

Pesto was a little wet, and the noodles were chewy. Not well seasoned either. For carbonara, seemed more watery as well, and seems like they used cheap ingredients as it tasted like a very watered down version of real carbonara.

On the flip side, the portions were huge, and both of us didn’t finish our meals (partly also due to it becoming stale and unappealing).
