We didn’t find this place until the last day of our trip which was disappointing because of how delicious it is! Every flavor and ingredient taste so fresh and accurate for their perspective names! The lemon tasted exactly like a juicy lemon and in my opinion was the best flavor they had to offer! The women who was helping us out was so polite and patient even though we arrived late at night while she was preparing to close! The price is done by weight like many frozen yogurt places. It has self serve style with a staff ready to help and answer any questions you have. Many toppings/added ingredients to get that perfect delicious treat! I hope this place excels tremendously as it’s by far the best frozen yogurt place I’ve ever visited and my wife and I have been to quite a lot!
I do wish it wasn’t tucked down a staircase alley probably why we missed this gem. Maybe some extra signage or advertising would help? Overall if you’re going to visit Santorini do not leave without...

I stumbled upon Frozen Box in Fira just before leaving, and I only wish I had found it sooner! The yogurt is homemade, authentic, and incredibly affordable—especially compared to the overpriced, mainstream yogurt places I tried earlier. They offer fresh Greek yogurt and yogurt ice cream, with a self-serve setup so you can customize your portions to your liking.
There are different flavors like plain, pistachio, and Bueno, though I personally loved the plain. They also have a great selection of toppings to enhance your yogurt. Georgia, the staff member who served us, was so friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better.
I visited twice—once the day before I left and again on the day of my departure! The shop is conveniently located just a few meters' walk from the Fira bus stop, although it’s a bit hidden. You can easily find it by pinning “Frozen Box” on maps. If you're in Fira, this spot is...
Read moreThe most wonderful owner who allowed us a taster of both their new crepe with chocolate and biscuit (delicious) as well as their Bueno no sugar fresh Greek yoghurt that was beautifully made. She also allowed my boyfriend to pick his own crepe toppings, which came out so delicious and huge! For 5€ it’s well worth the price, considering the staff are so kind and friendly:) will be paying them another visit soon
-update: went back the next day and had a bowl of frozen yoghurt with toppings that was so fresh and inexpensive for what it is. Most places that are pay by weight can be really expensive, but this was reasonable. Not only did I get this, but the same lady gave my bf and I two more crepe testers for FREE!...
