“Awesome Greek hospitality ” Family run hotel that provides personalized hospitality. The hotel is around 7 minute walk from Fira bus station and is close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are recently renovated and is very clean. I highly recommend the hotel for first time Santorini visitors as the managers on duty will guide you about Santorini. They offer a whole day tour of Santorini at €40. They are gracious enough to allow us to check in early since we arrived at 8am (depending on room availability). After we checked out, they allowed us to leave our things when we did the Caldera boat tour and lent us towels and offered their bathroom to have shower after the tour. Thanks Popi for the taking care of us even if we only stayed for a night. Just a suggestion, either you take out the hanging lights beside the bed or make it a little higher so it won't really get it the way.

Excellent experience with exceptional staff. The hotel is family-run. Popi greeted us at the reception with kindness and Mohammed helped us with luggage and made us coffee each morning of our stay! The hotel rooms were clean, there is a pool in the back and they provide you with new towels each day. The hotel location is excellent! 5 min walk from the Main Street of Fira, 30 min walk from the Old Port, 2 min walk to the Fira bus station and 10 min drive to the airport. The hotel offers a 25 euro shuttle from and to the airport (would recommend booking as taxis is very expensive, 30 euros at least). They also offer 40 euro per person tours of the island, we didn’t get to try it as we didn’t have enough time but given the exceptional service from the staff, I have no doubt it would be very good!

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of the island! The service and rooms are worth the price, we had a lovely stay. The beds were soft and the shower was very comfortable! Upon arrival we were given some information of Fira, which would help us navigate the area. We also decided to take the offered tour around the island (this was €40) which we highly recommend! You do not have to worry about public transport, the bus seats are great, you learn more about the island's history and you get to visit the best spots of Santorini. Maybe the only downside is that you cannot eat breakfast here, but there are many nice breakfast and brunch places nearby (and they are also affordable). We were not bothered by this at all! I definitely recommend Antonia hotel, thank you for the amazing service!

Lovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.||The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.||The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.||Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.||The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!||Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy...

Update in response to owner's reply :- We arrived around 11pm after a long flight, there were two groups ahead of us. The daughter were busy selling tours to all guests instead of checking guests in. When it was our turn to be checked in, we have already heard all her sales pitch twice, and requested our room asap as we were really tired and gently informed her we will get back to her tomorrow morning if we need to book any tours or transfers. She put us on the first floor, with several flight of steps. I have knee osteo and not able to walk up with 2 luggage in tow. When requesting luggage assistance, the female reception said need to wait for her brother. As we were really really exhausted having to wait 30mins for her to sell tours to the other 2 groups, we requested a change of room. Then we asked if any of the shops are open, she said No, we said we need to buy bottled mineral water, she said there is 1 bottle in the room. We said we need 2 bottles as there were two of us, and we offered to pay for another bottle of water from the motel, she said it is fine for this time.

Original review:- We are two female Australians and booked this place after reading the reviews. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! All the great service mentioned in the reviews are only provided if Antonia Motel can make money out of you. As soon as they tried to sell us their airport transfers, tours, etc and we did not accept any of them, the service went out the window, service is literally non existent. The elderly male owner especially were extremely RUDE and yelled at us when we tried to make a cup of coffee during check out! When the female receptionist, which we believe is the daughter, informed us during check in we can help ourselves to free coffee and tea! It was such a blessing we only stayed here for one night, couple of hours only. The room is so tiny, you can hardly move. The bus stop and taxi station is NOT do-able with luggage in tow. Definitely DO NOT recommend this so called hotel, which is more like an Airbnb...
