Privilege Beach House — Restaurant in Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni

Well yesterday night Sat 27/6/20 me and my friend we visited for first time that place. From the entrance which the staff of the PBH pick you up with golf car so you dont need to walk till the place everything was showing that would be great...After the entrance they ask me if I have reservation or not..which I didn't have because in the afternoon NOBODY answer to my call at the MYKONIAN land line number..so I told them that I want with my company to enjoy a bottle of wine...well...no table available and the available was terrible uncomfortable tables with seats in order to enjoy my wine properly..so we decided to seat at the only available place which was the bar line next to the restaurant and main bar...when the wine menu gived to me I order a very nice bottle of Rose Wine Lazaridis and when I ask what cheeses or cuts they have to escort that nice wine and not cheap..the answer was NOTHING!!!! only sushi!!!! Wow...if you cant support the wines list which start from 24€ and reach to 100€ please DONT SERVE THEM!! So I order it without something to escort that beautiful wine!!!!! Well the surprises continue because when the bring the wine the bring to serve it in plastic beach glasses!!! I ask the waiter the reason why they serve us like this way that elegant wine and he told me that they dont serve it on another way because is beach area!! Although that the restaurant tables was 2 meters next to us and they was served with normal glasses the wines there!!! So I was upset and frustrated abt that service behavior which I accepted at the end and drink the wine there...after 2 hours at the same bar the same wine was served to another company in glasses next to me!! I was angry upset and I call the manager which he ask sorry and was mistake of the waiter that they wine before 2 hours served to me in plastic glasses!! And I demand to change mine as well!!! Also the marble which fail down from the bars few meters away from us to the legs of another company which unfortunately didn't heart anyone was pure luck..!!! Well Mr. Owners and managers of that place..Mr.Stathokostopoulos,Mr.Chilischristos etc. I'm very disappointed from all of you because as Privilege name...that is SHAME and not PRIVILEGE!! And as I read comments from others clients is not my case the only one which is disappointing!! Well I will try to book a table at your restaurant one day so I can have a total opinion abt your place...till then I hope that you make that place PRIVELEGE at...

The place unfortunately is a great disappointment. Being one of the greatest brands and created by one of the best club owners/managers Greece has ever seen, someone would expect a high end place. That’s far from being the case. Although the spot is unique and the music is great the service is absolutely terrible! Staff is obviously inexperienced, disorganized and some of them are quite frankly rude and unprofessional. Our experience was something like out of a parody video. Although as we made a reservation we were asked to give our complete names, ages etc, no one bothered to inform us about the minimum consumption(which wasn’t the problem) and the fact that we weren’t allowed to order any wine or finger food. We arrived at 20:50, were seated at 21:00, no one bothered to take an order from us, bring us a catalog or even speak to us until 21:30. Then they informed us, rudely I might say, about the strange rules (no wine or food of any kind), we ordered a bottle of champagne which arrived after 30 minutes (!) without sides of any kind… Of course we paid and left. All and all a very bad experience. The place gives the impression that doesn’t respect neither your money (being severely overpriced) nor, more importantly, your time. Unfortunately they charge you like a top restaurant in Mykonos but treat you like a cheap...

Worst experience ever.

We arrived at the bar around 1.10 am. A lady came to pick our order without bringing any menus. I asked for it and she came back with the drinks menu. Out of the 4 procecco wine bottles, only one was available (the most pricey one).

I requested the Shisha menu and I was told that someone else will come for this. Then a young guy came with the Shisha menu. I ordered around 1.30, the Shisha arrived at 1.48 approximately and I asked to pay on the spot ONLY CASH. It was one of the very few rare times that I had cash with me. I really wonder what would have happened if I did not.

and the highlight was that 10 min later and after having paid more a bill of more than 150 eur, we are told that the place is closing and we have to leave. Music stopped and they came to take the Shisha away!

Can you imagine this? Why did they take the order if I could not sit for more than 10 min to enjoy the Shisha?

Obviously bad management and clueless employees.

no serious business would take an order if the plan to close.

I asked what time is the closing and the waitress responded: usually 3am but today 2am. When I asked why, I did not obviously got a response.

A random CROOK that plays the role of the manager makes...
