come back — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

Very disappointing and don’t normally write reviews. However, after a drink mishap, staff failed to show empathy and little regard for the damage caused. Very dismissive although a bag was damaged and one of our guests was covered in sticky cocktail juice. No wipes were offered until we asked. The young waiter did come to say sorry but management paid little regard. Although they did give us a reduction of one drink reluctantly when challenged, the waitress rolled her eyes as she walked away. This was not the end of the incident. One of our party left a present on her seat. However, on returning to the restaurant, the staff were reluctant to assist and were dishonest as they had recovered the item. They once again had to be challenged. Come back…. I don’t think so....

The atmosphere for a cocktail before sunset is amazing. Very nice and beautiful. The tables at the side during peak days need a reservation. At night this place turns to a bar/club. The music in the bar is very nice, very vibey. Inside the place is also nice. The service could need some improving this year, as the hostess was sometimes in a mood making us feel unwanted there . This was the place we went almost everyday, after sunset for predrinks, till closing and the hostess seemed that we were unwanted there. Went to Come back at night for drinks & experienced a lot of difficulty with staff being rude. We then decided to go back the next day at around noon for a coffee. We thought, maybe the service was poor the night before due to it being quite busy. Upon our arrival at noon, we asked for a table & were told that we couldn’t sit to have coffee unless we ordered food as well. This was odd to us seeing as how all of the people at the occupied tables did not have food and were in fact only drinking coffee.
