I’ll admit—I was skeptical at first. Being one of the only Italian spots in Greece with little competition, I expected something average. But wow, was I wrong. The chef is from Naples, Italy, and runs the restaurant alongside his lovely family. Every dish is authentic Neapolitan cuisine, made with care and heart.
We ordered the funghi linguine in white sauce, and it was absolutely brilliant—the sauce tasted fresh, balanced, and rich without being heavy. The setting is just as special, right on the beautiful waterfront of Paros.
