Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Respect I visited this restaurant recently and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered. I ordered a Caesar salad with only chicken—specifically requesting no bacon, as I do not eat pork. Despite this, the salad was brought out with bacon on it. When I politely asked for a new salad without the bacon, the staff seemed visibly annoyed and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. The waiter had to “check with the manager,” and then came back to ask why I don’t eat bacon—something I had already made clear wasn’t up for discussion. It felt invasive and dismissive. To make matters worse, I was then told there would be an extra charge because the menu lists bacon as a standard ingredient. I asked how much the upcharge was, and again, the waiter had to consult the manager instead of simply answering. At that point, the interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and frankly unprofessional. While the food itself was decent, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were rude, unaccommodating, and lacked basic customer service courtesy. Absolutely appalled by my experience at this restaurant. We got seated straight away and had to wait five minutes for our menus. We then realised we didn’t have the drink menu and had to ask someone. We proceeded to order our food as a couple, we ordered two starters and two mains. The first meal to come to our table was my partner‘s salad that he ordered for dinner ( A MAIN ITEM). I complained that we wanted this as a main and we wanted our starters first. The waitress proceeded to talk back at me and tell me I was wrong and that she asked us if we wanted the salad first. I could’ve gone back-and-forth with her but that would’ve gotten me nowhere. My partner proceeded to eat his food and I had to wait 45 minutes to even get one starter. I had one staff member come up and asked me if everything was okay and I told her that I wasn’t happy and she apologised even though she wasn’t the one who took my order. I am absolutely disgusted with the way the first waitress spoke to me and how she dismissed my complaint. I had to eat alone while my partner watched me eat and I had to watch him eat 45 minutes before me. This is now how I wanted to spend my last night...

My wife and I looked first at the menu and liked it. However, we didn’t see any suitable food for my 4 year old son. So we bought some chicken nuggets for him in a different place, came back and sat down. They told us he could not eat food from a different place and despite explaining that we both would eat but that he didn’t like anything from the menu they told us it was not possible and we needed to leave. While I totally understand this isn’t an ideal situation, those who have children know how difficult is to find a place where the menu also fits children.
