This place has to be the worst establishment we have visited in Paros. No price lists for any items in the shop and the staff were incredibly rude - especially the blonde girl at the cashier. We ordered a cup of grapes yesterday and were charged 9 euros ($15 AUD). Since we were so shocked to be charged this much, we visited the shop again today to see if the price would be the same. A different staff member was working and upon asking for the price of the same cup of grapes, we were told it was 6 euros (which is still ridiculously expensive). To make things worse, the grapes were disgusting - more than half were brown, soft, or squashed (I wonder how long they'd been sitting in the cabinet for). After having such positive experiences with other shop owners on the island, we are surprised this business is still running. Absolutely disgraceful and the owner(s) should think twice about robbing tourists who are supporting small businesses like this. Please do yourself a favour and walk further down the street where there are plenty of better cafes/restaurants with reasonable prices and...
Read moreThere are decent coffee shops just nearby but don’t go to this ripoff place! The charge me €5 for just a fredo espresso that was the worst fredo espresso i have ever tried in Greece. They are thieves under cover! On my receipt said coffees n water but they don’t give you water and charge you €5 for something that costs max €2.50. Shame to Paros authorities that accepts these thieves selling goods that do not worth €1. I will also file a report to the local buyers rights (not that anything will happen) because it feels like someone is making fun of you in front of your eyes and is all justified by a receipt that they create. YOU ARE THE BIGGEST SHAME OF PAROS!!! YOUR COFFEE IS BELOW AVERAGE AND BETTER CLOSE IT DOWN AND LEAVE...
Read moreWent to grab a drink before catching a bus to Naousa. Prices weren't listed on the fridge, when I gave the worker the drink she asked if I wanted to pay by card, to which I replied yes. She tried to charge me €5 for a small drink. Upon seeing the screen I decided I didn't want to pay that much and asked her to cancel the transaction. To which she replied "too late". She said that as she's already put the transaction through, I had to pay for the drink. I told her I'm not paying €5 for the drink to which she replied "do you think I'm going to pay for it?!". Absolute joke. She then stood there and acted like she was trying to cancel the transaction...
