I am absolutely enchanted by the romantic and personal experience that Cuore Rosso delivers! Choosing to celebrate our anniversary here was the best decision ever, and returning for the second year in a row speaks volumes about how magical this place is.

Oh wow. What a place!

We were in a really bad mood due to strike of the ferries so we couldn't go to Santorini, however this dinner absolutely warmed our hearts and made us feel not even sorry about checking those Caldera views. We will check them soon. The food is incredibly tasty, the ingridients are of super high quality. I just signed up for the newsletter earlier in the day and they gave me as a gift a bottle of a very nice Primitivo? Who does that? Amazing. The cheese board. You will believe me when you try this sweet creamy gorgonzola with local jam. Or the Naxos cheese. Or the cheese that matured in wine barrels. Or that Parmesan blocks.

If this is not enough, the owner is a warm and sweet person that have poured her heart into this place. She comes and gives great recommendations and in the end I even got a heart necklace. Talk about customer service done right. Must to...

Very disappointing experience. I have a gluten allergy and was excited to try the pizza here after finding it by googling “gluten free paros”. I had a talk with the owner about the ingredients and what was safe for me to eat, and felt confident that she knew what she was talking about. The food was tasty enough and the atmosphere was nice, and at the time I was happy to pay the surcharge to eat gluten free ingredients. However shortly after leaving the restaurant I became very sick and I am certain it was due to a gluten exposure at the restaurant. I emailed the restaurant to let them know of my experience, and told them that they should change their kitchen protocols or make it clear that the food was unsafe for those with true gluten intolerance.
