We have eaten here numerous times, we stayed at the princess hotel last year and spent most evenings eating here and when we stayed in skiathos this year despite not being at the hotel we went back a couple of times for dinner and it did not disappoint! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is top notch, the views are beautiful and the staff are very friendly! For what you get it’s actually not that expensive compared to other restaurants! Probably our favourite place in skiathos to eat! The grilled prawns for starter are the best grilled prawns I have ever tasted and my partner said exactly the same. I had paella and she had crispy sea bass which were both amazing! Lovely food great setting and when we go back will definitely go here again. Katie who works there remembered us from last year and our son who is now 4 was excited to see her, really nice...

This had been our favourite restaurant on previous visits to Skiathos - we will not...

We moved on to a more casual part of the bar to be told again that they would not serve us, despite most of the tables being empty. We left thirsty, exhausted and disappointed. As Greek living abroad, I am always longing for the friendly, welcoming and genuine service in most places in Greece. The stylish ammos beach restaurant will not win the hearts of its customers, until it embraces authenticity and the Greek philoxenia. ...
