Very bad service, especially by the hostess at the entrance who drove us away. Her first words were “This is not a restaurant”. Not sure why that comment was needed, there’s anyways food and drinks we wanted to order. We couldn’t sit on the sea side as it was all reserved, which is completely understandable. She sat us at the table in the back. I asked if we can sit on the terrace because of the better view, her comment was that we could, but that we’d be more comfortable at the table in the back. I insisted on checking the terrace, but she had the same comment. Irregardless of that comment, I found a perfectly comfortable table on the terrace. We ordered food which was good, but it was soon attack by a number of wasps. We asked to be moved to another table as I have an allergy to certain insects, but their only comment was “There’s wasps everywhere.” offering no help at all for something that could obviously become a health issue. At this point we were furious and wanted to leave. We asked if we can pack our food that we haven’t touched yet, and they were perfectly fine with us leaving with full cocktail glasses and no food eaten. They gave us the cardboard packages and didn’t even pack the food but left it for us to pack it ourselves. On the first day when we arrived, we went to Karnagio to make a reservation (Friday) for the following week (also Friday). In fact, we came back in 3 days, to add 2 more people on the list. Arriving there on the last evening of the holiday, I noticed that they couldn't find us on the list. We had made a reservation on the beach, at the puffs The people there apparently messed up the reservations and they give us a table where we couldn't sit or eat(8 people). It was actually a lathe. You could barely serve a drink. It was hard to stand. We tried to get in touch with the person in charge of reservations and although we had noticed 2 free tables with 4 puffs each table and that were exactly what we needed and what we had asked for, we were told that it was not possible because it was reserved, and we in turn said that we also made a reservation a week ago, exactly for the same thing. In conclusion, we left because they left us with a bitter taste. Maybe we would stay at least to drink something under the conditions in which it was not possible to eat at that table. But we arrived at 20:20 and until 21:00 no one took our order....
Read moreI made a reservation for 23 people on the phone. They asked me to also send the details via WhatsApp, which I did. However, when we all arrived at the location, they told us there was no reservation under our name. They said they might have the tables, but they didn’t have a chef, no food available, not even sushi — even though nothing about this was mentioned during the phone calls. We had to leave and look for another place that could accommodate all 23 of us, which was extremely difficult. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

There were 23 dissatisfied people—that’s the reason for the reviews, not because I told them to post. The girl that didn’t make the reservation, when we arrived at the location, also behaved in a very rude and inappropriate manner.
My friends were genuinely disappointed and decided to share their experience in reviews. Since then, we have been threatened that my personal information will be obtained and used to take legal action against me. It appears these threats are an attempt to pressure us into deleting the reviews.
