Very poor customer service member of staff was rude to us and staff weren't very welcoming the food was a bit bland with a lack of flavour.
In response to the reply: Your arrabieta tasted as though the tomatoes were from a cheap tin very bland overly sweetened and lacking any spice the word arrabieta is meant to mean angry pasta your contined rudenes has made me the equivalent then also the potato skins tasted as thought they had been doused In white wine that was all you could taste and then there were hard lumps found in it and also the cabonara I couldn't taste any nutty cheese or cheese at all for that matter in it. And the member of staff I was referring to was the tall slightly podgy male with the facial hair we weren't asked once how the food was and the only reason why we didn't ask for the manager is because we wanted to give you the opportunity to improve as like you said were all only human but to have the audacity to then try and disregard a review on a true experience should be a warning to any potential customer reading this don't bother going and if you do mange to enjoy going best of luck to you, you were lucky as during our visit we saw another group complain...
Read moreFamily of 4. Man/wife 2 kids 9 & 7. Having had Greek taverna food for last 4 consecutive nights we elected to go off piste. Fancied Fajitas/pasta & this joint bang centre seemed a good choice. Oh, it was too. Me & the kids went Mexicana & they served up child size Fajitas (like hardly smaller than adult one i had) but they were less than 5€ apiece. Pork, and a chicken one. I am a cow lover so plumped personally for beef. Mine at just shy of 10€. Mrs couldn’t look past a pasta so she ordered that. Well the lot went down and we all agreed it was well tasty. Everyone everywhere does “friendly service” so lets not bang on about that. Great hour & half or so there & food really was ace. Red wine was warm & place could use some ceiling fans I guess but I’d return in a heartbeat. Loved the grub, good red & rosè, tiptop staff, no massive wait & felt like 40€ well spent. Incidentally, plenty plenty to eat too. Fair play. Felt guilty not going Greek for the night but thats for me...
Read moreBianco e Rosso was one of the highlights of our trip to Zakynthos. The food was absolutely delicious — we tried both the Italian and Mexican dishes and were impressed by the quality and flavor of everything we ordered. The pizza had a perfectly crispy base with fresh toppings, and the risotto was creamy and full of flavor. We also tried the fajitas, which came sizzling to the table and were packed with taste.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a stylish yet relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service. We enjoyed it so much that we came back a second time during our stay.
Highly recommend Bianco e Rosso to anyone visiting Tsilivi — whether you’re in the mood for authentic Italian or something with a Mexican twist, this place...
