I don't like leaving negative reviews, but..... I had the beef cut for main and was told it was sirloin, no problem, medium rare was my call... It was chewy and so I spat out what I couldn't eat and left the rest. When asked how the meal was I was honest and said I was disappointed. But added it's an animal and that's the luck of the draw... I paid in full and left a tip in respect of the service... The staff were not happy at my criticism, no apology or plan to discuss with their supplier..
