Majestic — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

Decided to visit this restaurant as we walked by most evenings, and the greeter on the door was always vocal, and the atmosphere and setting looked quite authentic.

Service was quite poor. We ordered as a party of 4 and decided to order starters and mains. 2 Starters arrived.. then another a few minutes later. Finally, a waiter came and asked what the order was for the fourth starter. Our party ended up eating at different times. Mains arrived some time later, and the order was wrong for a member of the party.. Leading to us once again eating at different times. After finishing the meal, we sat for over 30 mins before we called the waitor over to settle the bill so we could leave. No offer of desserts of extra drinks beforehand.

Food was average in comparison to other restaurants nearby and was in a similar price range.

Overall, disappointed with the service we received during our visit and found that it did not reflect the initial welcome we received from the greeter on the street who was very keen to showcase this restaurant.

Conclusion. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area, some that we have tried, who offer better service...

What can I say I haven’t received service anywhere before like I have from majestic. The food is amazing you have a wide range to choose from so I didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else. Demetrie makes an amazing breakfast, especially his poached eggs they are amazing, he is so friendly and welcoming what a top guy he is. Then we have magic Mike who works his magic and does a great job getting customers into the restaurant. Always friendly when people walk past Evan if they don’t come in. And what amazing, friendly staff they have called Olga who’s runs the desert side but also helps in the restaurant and makes amazing homemade desserts. Then we have Stella and Andrew who have been amazing they are always smiling and really friendly, always come over ask us how we have been and just have a general conversation. Everyone in majestic’s is down to earth and I would highly recommend people...

Do Not Go!!!!!

I have been once before and it was really lovely because my mums TUI card was playing up, so a man put it in manually, but when I came today on the 2nd of September my mother was rudely shouted at by this horrible waiter and he started calling her a liar and that no one who worked in this restaurant would do this as it is illegal, but how did we know we're from England! And he just shouted at her continuously and she was talking to him very calmly! It got to the point where she just gave him cash, but he still shouted at her!!
