Mambo — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

Rudeness at its best! Freshly arrived in Laganas, me and my wife were having our first walk on the beach. As we passed by, the guy in front approaches us in order to grab a sunbed. We thank him nicely, actually with the thought of returning, after having explored the place a little. A few minutes later we are back willing to stay for the day, but, surprise! - he doesn't want us there anymore! Trying to show off with how big of a "player" he is, he dismissed us by saying "no sunbed for you", waving his hand and turning his back on us in the end... Disgusting behaviour, for which being given 1 star should be seen as an award! Highly recommend not even crossing by this place. P.S.:The funny part here is that our great champion's league player tries one more time(obviously with no result), to offer us a sunbed a couple days later when we go past that...

A very nice beach bar restaurant with sunbeds, with a clean beach. The food is good and fresh, traditional - I especially recommend the traditional Greek beef and lamb dishes - try the "Lamb Mambo", you will have an unforgettable experience. The seafood dishes are also very good. All the staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming, orders come quickly. They do everything to make you feel good, like between friends. A place for a perfect day at the beach!

PS: Every restaurant on Zakynthos island boasts that they make the best Frigania, but here, at Mambo, I can say that I ate the best. A delicious, light dessert, from which you can't stop eating....

Lovely food! Even better view, but the staff was the best, all of them. Super kind, fun and caring.

My girlfriend and i spent one week in Laganas, we're both 25-30 yrs old. We discovered Mambo the second day on our 1 week stay and went to Mambo 5 out of 7 days. Only thing i regret is that we didnt go there every day.

Thank you staff of Mambo, all of you, for making our vacation in Laganas even more memorable.
