Had an awful experience here today. I work on the island and my mother and sister have come out to visit me. From the time they entered, the man in there (owner I presume) was nothing but obnoxious. My mother attempted to look for a bed, and had her cash ready to pay. He came out with hostility and informed her the bed she was looking at was apparently reserved (despite it having no reserved sign). My mam and sister said it was fine and chose other beds. I arrived, and a few minutes later, my sister was adjusting her bed and it fell on her wrist. This was an accident and nothing to do with the standard of the bed. My mother requested ice as her wrist was starting to swell, and the owner was immediately defensive , insisting that we weren’t careful. His tone was intimidating and accusatory. We were not at all suggesting Super Paradiso had done anything wrong, however he was quick to raise his voice . I interrupted him and said we merely wanted some ice and it was an accident. He provided us with the ice, and we requested a bottle of water. Prior to leaving, my mother entered the inside premises to pay for our water. We then grabbed our stuff and started to leave. The owner came after us AGAIN and loudly accused my mother of not paying. My mam had her receipt, and the transaction on her phone at hand. This was the last straw. From the get go, he was rude, accusatory, and left us with a very very sour taste in our mouth. As I live here, I’ve been to multiple beach bars and restaurants and have NEVER experienced such hostility, nor have I witnessed a worker raise their voice at innocent customers. I’d advise people to STEER clear of this venue, and also the man in question to take a course in customer service, and learn how to communicate with his staff. Absolutely would...
Read moreThis was absolutely the worse experience we've ever had at the restaurant, they were rude, disrespectful and discriminated us because we have coeliac disease. I'll report this situation to the Greek Consumer Protection Authority and Greek Ombudsman. Me and my two kids (8 and 10) visited yesterday with the hope of enjoying a meal, drink and watching Greece Night - my kids were very excited to see it but we were turned away, they refused us to stay. The man at the main door asked if we drink or eat. I told him my son wants to eat and we drink. He refused, only food. We were more than happy to eat, especially they have gluten free options and me and my daughter have a coeliac disease. He told us we can't stay because "gluten free food need to be longer prepared and they don't have time". So we couldn't stay either for drink and food, they refused to serve us.The attitude was rude, cold and disrespectful. We felt we were being discriminated against having a medical condition. My daughter was crying, couldn't understand why they didn't serve us, my kids are still very upset, they couldn't watch Greece Night what they waited so long for . Emphasise that coeliac disease is a chronic medical condition and that denying service constitutes unlawful discrimination. The restaurants are expected to accommodate dietary needs under anti-discrimination and food safety regulations, what the owner forgot about. He forgot as well about being nice to everyone who decide to eat at his place and refusing to serve a family is unprofessional, deeply hurtful and discriminatory.
Avoid this place if you care about decent service, respect, or...

We went yesterday evening to eat and we had a good time, the greek show with plates and dancing is good. We liked it so much that we asked a guy if they have sunbeds during the day, he said yes.
We went there today, excited, nobody was on any sunbeds and we were asked by the same guy: where are you from? We said Romania.
Then he started questioning how long we want to stay because if we want the entire day then we have to eat lunch in his restaurant (which we were planning to anyway), but then he kept insisting and explaining that he has issues with romanians because they eat some place else usually. I asked what is he expecting from us, he kept insisting that romanians are not eating in his place and all that.
Incredibly xenophobic and honestly he missed out, we're spending around 70-90 euros per beach stay with drinks and everything wherever we go. Too bad, really awful experience. The rest of the people working there were very kind when we went for dinner.
We decided to go some place else, leaving the guy and his empty...
