Firstly, i was unsure as to whether to leave a review because selfishly, I dont want this restaurant to be come overly popular, because I won't be able to get a table in the future, however some things deserve to be praised, and the chefs here more than deserve that. We visited here twice on our weeks visit to Alykes, and I wish it'd been more. From the wonderful tasting freshly baked bread served with an olive oil herb dip, to the entrees, to the mains and the wine, it was all delicious and left me wanting to try the whole menu. How they produce such high quality food in that heat I'll never know. The ambiance of the place is perfect giving a somewhat traditional Greek taverna, but with a touch of class. If there was a Paradasiako in my home county of Leicestershire, I'd be a regular. We hope to be back to Alykes, and if we do, Paradasakio will be the first place I will be seeking out for dinner. There was a small downside, on our first nights visit, we sat for 30 minutes after our main, and were not asked if we'd like another drink or to see the desert menu, so unable to wait any longer I left the table to request the bill. It didn't stop us coming back though and service was better the second time round. Thank you to the staff for a memorable couple of meals and keep up...

Food: 5/5 We indulged in a variety of dishes, and each one was absolutely amazing. The cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful, while the salmon with orange and saffron sauce was a delightful combination of tastes that elevated the dish. The kataifi feta was a unique and delicious appetizer, perfectly crispy and savory. The quinoa prawns were fresh and well-seasoned, and the grilled calamari was tender and grilled to perfection. To top it all off, the pasta Napoletana was rich and satisfying, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and authentic flavors.
Cleanliness: 5/5 The restaurant was impeccably clean, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.
Service: 5/5 The service was excellent, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to ensure we had a great meal.
Overall: 5/5 Paradosiako Alykes is a must-visit for anyone in the area. With outstanding food, a clean environment, and top-notch service, it’s a dining experience that truly stands out. I can’t wait to return!
THE ONLY THING WHICH CAN IMPROVE THE EXPERIENCE IS A SEA VIEW
I cannot compliment this...
Read moreThe restaurant initially looks very appealing, but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. I ordered a Black Angus sirloin cooked medium-rare, but it was served rare, which made it difficult to enjoy. About one-third of the slices were just fat, and the meat contained many tough white strands/ligaments. When I pointed this out to the waiter, I was told “that’s how Black Angus is,” which is simply not true. Yes, it is fattier, but it should not contain so many tough parts — this one was just poorly cut. The noise level in the restaurant also made it difficult to place an order comfortably, and the complimentary treat at the end was only about +/-20 ml of a slushy-like lemonade — quite underwhelming. Considering the price of €24, I expected a well-prepared, tender steak and a better overall experience. I hope the restaurant will improve both meat selection (as the good parts were fine)...
