i stayed here for a month as a worker, the 2nd night before i was due to leave the workers of totis barged into every room off accommodation demanding 100€ of every person staying in each room, i explained that i was leaving in 2 days and i don’t want to pay €100 for 2 days when that’s what my friends was going to pay as they was staying another 2 weeks, because i didn’t pay by 12pm she kicked me out with no money no phone, bearing in mind on a daily the staff of the downstairs of totis are the rudest people ever, out of all places around zante this is the only one i’ve come across with that has the rudest staff, i wouldn’t recommend going here, we also had an ant infestation in our room and also when we arrived for our first day our room was dirsty and hadn’t been cleaned by the owners for the guests they had before us, there was rotten pasta in pots at the sink, suitcase people had left behind, dirty bed sheets. It was so good that after our very first meal (straight from the airport, no less), we didn’t bother trying anywhere else. Totis Burger became our go-to spot for the entire week. Prices are extremely attractive — around €9 for two gyros (chicken or pork), which is very cheap. The menu is huge, and the staff are friendly and speak excellent English. No complaints about the service.
