El Tigre — Restaurant in Guatemala City

Great place! it is a japaneese international food retaurant which is located inside or beside one of the best Steak House in Guatemala, Don Emiliano. They share the location so you can order either both from both restaurant areas. Each site has an specific and delimited area which is decorated accordingly to the restaurant theme.

El Tigre looks like a fancy izakaya from Japan and the food is very nice. They sell Japanesse Beer like Sapporo and Asahi, actually i order 2 special edition Sapporo Beer one Black and Sweet and the other a special edition; both in a BIG CAN that make my salmon even more delitious.

About the staff, really nice people! all the waiters has a great attitude and all of them are very professionals.

I was attended by Camila, she is from Colombia and really know how to attend guests, she were very kind and explain everything with perfect detail, she offers the special edition beer so i can enjoy even better.

You won't regret.

The place itself is like a lovechild of Tulum and Tokyo vibes. It's got that cool decor that makes you want to Instagram every corner. Now, let's talk food. Fresh fish is the name of the game here. We dived into some Hamachi carpaccio and hit up a couple of sushi rolls – and boy, they nailed it. The unagi crunch roll? Oh yeah, that was my jam.

We had such a great dinner at El Tigre Sushi! We started with the gyozas, they were super crispy and tasty. Then we had the Truffled Crab Roll, Tigger Roll, and Dragon Roll.
