This restaurant is located in Cayala. We were seated in the courtyard with an amazing view. Upon arrival I ordered a Quetzalteca (tamarindo). The cocktail was ok, nothing spectacular. I then ordered a pina colada again It fell flat. We had the Guatemalan sampler and for my main course I ordered the Lomito espectacular and my friend ordered a Pechuga de Apollo. I enjoyed watching the dance, but I was longing for live instruments versus the recording we heard. At times, some of the theatrics became a little cringy, but it was all in celebration of the Guatemalan culture, which made it bearable.
The announcer was stumbling through a script and reminded me of a soccer commentator.
Fortunately, the traditional food was excellent and after the show, the dance floor opens with plenty of loud modern music pumping. This is a great place to come with a group for a bit...

Prices were fairly high, but pretty average for the area (-) We didn't enjoy the Salpicon. We just didn't like the meat in it.
