Gorgeous restaurant with spectacular food. The owners are from India, the two chefs are from southern India aka they can expertly make super spicy tasty northern Indian food but with southern heat. So good. I wish they had a location in Los Angeles.
Decan spice in New Jersey, Taj in Beijing (RIP closed down), Maharani in Hawaii, and this restaurant in Guatemala City are my top favorite Indian restaurants. Not to sound like a snob, but I have had Indian food multiple times in the UK, California, NYC, Bordeaux France, Hawaii, Los Angeles, and practically every city I visit so I feel like I can accurately gauge amazing Indian food. The owners cousin, Manish, is very admirable, such a talented, adaptable, hard working, gracious person. I enjoyed his hospitality, I can tell he takes care of his colleagues, he cares deeply about each customer and the entire restaurant. Very stunning clean restaurant with the best food. This is truly a world class establishment.
