Like many places tucked into Guatemala City, the establishment appears smaller than it is from the outside. The service could not have been better and the atmosphere is a respite from the hustle and traffic outside. We ordered beef & pork ribs that were accompanied by fantastic sides: kimchi, jangajji, and a young greens salad that was irresistible. It started raining with wind and we got wet because anyone didn’t help closing the big windows, which we couldn’t close by ourselves. She asked us about our experience and we told her about the rain issue, that there were flies around us when we were eating and that she gave vague details about the food, that it will be better to know a little more about the inspiration behind each dish.
