Nacionsushi — Restaurant in Guatemala City

Very disappointing visit. Though the food was good, the service was terrible! Was brought food but never checked on to see how our experience was. We were the only table in the entire restaurant and they barely checked on us. We had to wait forever and eventually flagged down the employees after no one would bring us the bill. Finally, their card machine put three temporary holds of $30 dollars each time and I had to pay $120 for a $30 meal because the card machine kept charging me but wouldn't authorize payment. What if I didn't have the money to pay 4 times my bill, there would have been a severe problem but the server was incompetent and kept insulting me and putting the blame on me as if I didn't have money and kept telling me I had to pay again. They embarrassed me in front of my friends and I felt very insulted at the way I was treated and how they didn't understand I was charged 4 times the amount of the bill. Then they had the nerve to force me to pay tip which is OPTIONAL!!! Literally argued with me about giving her tip I was so shocked and appalled I told the other staff working, "How dare they disrespect me when I am the reason you have 4 new customers as I brought all of my friends here based on the reviews which I now realize are lies!!!" Save your time!!! Check out another sushi restaurant as this place has garbage...

El place over rated los rollos no bajan de 125 y si hay sencillos que cuestan 85 o 75. Pedimos el rolls roys 125 que es un trozo gigante de salmón por dentro y un cubito literal un cubito de aguacate y para que sientas mas el sabor , textura y tu paladar se llene de suavidad el rollo también trae salmón por fuera y para continuar con las texturas tiene una ensalada encima de cangrejo y un tipo de aioli y todo hace que el rollo sea mutilado por el chef, por ser un rollo de textura de algodón, sin nada que lo traiga a la vida. Ni la escazes de salsa salva este rollo y que literal la salsa esta ahi solo para decoración. Total el rollo lastimosamente una desepcion, no lo odie pero no me hace querer regresar y desembolsar otros 125 para algo tan simple sin emoción sin crunch si sabor que te haga despertar tus papilas gustativas. La pizza de salmon hizo que por lo menos no sintiera que fui a regalar mi dinero pero tiene demasiada mayonesa, de nuevo creo que era para poder darle sabor, no señores los sabores no se obtienen asi, puede agregar aguacate y hablaríamos de otra cosa. Al final nacion sushi es un lugar que irian los pocos conocedores de un buen sushi. No regresaría realmente, el lugar seguramente tendrá su apogeo que se llenara de curiosos guatemaltecos por el nuevo lugar y por los mas jovenes que comer sushi esta in. Pero no lo recomiendo quieren un buen lugar vayan a Nokiate o el buen confiable y mas barato que nacion, sushiito. Ps en la foto pueden apreciar el cubito de aguacate que tiene la misma textura que todo el rollo. 1 rollo 2 cocas 1 edamames 1 pizza de salmo Q346.00, otra foto la cantidad de salmón dentro de un solo rollo ademas el parqueo 20.00 por 45 mins 1 hora. Ordered the Soy Nation Sushi roll and seaweed salad which was delicious 😋 The apple and ginger iced drink was also amazing and you could tell fresh ingredients were used.
