Not sure where all the reviews come from, but our experience was very different. We stayed at the hotel (which was great) and had lunch at Zamat. My medium-rare steak was fully cooked (like not a spec of red anywhere) and my wife's dish was the entirely wrong dish (ordered pesto pasta and got a way too buttery risotto).
