Buena Baleada — Restaurant in Copán

Waited an hour and a half for my food, and people who walked in after me were served first. After an hour, they then asked me what I wanted again. And then when they served it to me, it was wrapped to go even though I clearly told them it was for eat-in.

Don't understand this, but this was unacceptable and no baleada is worth a wait time like this. The people here have one job, and it's not complicated.

Fantastic baleada restaurant. I showed up around 1:45pm and was told to come back at 2pm. So just a heads up they do close for a bit during the early afternoon.

I had one chicken and one egg baleada, both were delicious and cheap! I’d highly recommend this restaurant to any traveler coming through to see copan!

Cuando la buena baleada empezó, esta tomo fama muy rápidamente gracias a sus INCREÍBLES baleadas, la velocidad de preparación, el ambiente y su servicio al cliente. Llegando a expandir su negocio en un 300% (sin exagerar) Su propietario decidió seguir con su vida y dejar el restaurante en manos de otra persona.

La mala administracion, la falta del sabor y su tiempo de espera por cada orden causo que perdieran los espacios que habían comprado a su alrededor para agrandarse. Regresando al punto de partida original.

Actualmente decidieron cambiar de local, quizá porque no tienen los ingresos suficientes para pagar la renta.

En fin, un negocio mas de baleadas. Con nombre famoso sin producto...
