Hot Wing Factory — Restaurant in Budapest

Found this place while we were walking down the street (group of friends). On a busy location. Extremely hot (air) in the fast food restaurant. First we spot is the rude woman behind the counter. She was yumming chicken bits from other orders! 😅 No smile whatsoever, as rude as possible, urging with the order, even though there was no people in the queue. I requested any saucer or meat with no chilli. She didn't help, she said I have to read the menu on the wall as that shows clearly - I don't think so! Anyway. As we were hungry ordered what we found OK... This frustrated woman thrown a buzzer in front of me, as there's no table service. Fair enough. Thanks lord, there was a guy behind the counter too, who was really nice and tried to ease every situation between us and the woman. How can they employ a woman who is keen to argue and act like a 'boss' with customers? The guy deserves 5🌟 That's the only reason for the 3 ⭐ for tge service! Food was average. The garlic honey sauce was (if that was..) horrible in my chicken wrap!

I don't recommend this place to anyone who needs a break. This place is horrible. We stop somewhere to enjoy that 30 minutes as tourists, not being judged or see sad faced assistants. Food is expensive regarding...

Our order was forgotten. After waiting for more than an hour we asked them about the food, they said it got misplaced due to a shift change. This did not sound realistic, as the male cashier who took our order was still there. When we arrived he was climbing out from under the front desk and seemed to be out of it, almost like he was not completely sober. The food was really greasy, and it was obvious that the frying oil had not been changed in a long time, resulting in bad tasting and soggy fries. The only positive comment I can add is that the sauces were nice and tasty. Overall my experience was hugely negative, especially after waiting in the hot, grease filled air with no air conditioning, and then there not being any sort of compensation for the wait, not even saying sorry. It seemed we were not the only ones with our order misplaced, another group asked us if we were still waiting too, and by the time we left they were still there. Hope they got their food...

As many other reviewers suggest, please don’t buy the chicken unless you want food poisoning. I used to order since 2022 but with time the quality just decreased and got worse and worse. Don’t be fooled by the low prices as this will cost you your health! I ordered wings from there after nearly a year and was looking forward to them, it came with little sauce which was fine until I bit into a wing that SMELLED SUPER GROSS, FOUL ODOR, I directly spat it out and was so disgusted by that odor. HOW CAN COOKED CHICKEN SMELL SO BAD!! I’ve read about it and it’s due to bacteria overgrowth, these people probably used a spoiled/out of date chicken thinking it would be fine, that’s why the prices are low! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THERE AND PLEASE DONT! You are putting your health at risk, there are better...
