McDonald's — Restaurant in Budapest

We ordered takeaway. I would expect the food to be packed in a bag, as is common in other countries. I want to eat food elsewhere - I want to transfer from point A to point B - I will use a bag to carry it. When picking up the order, I politely asked the slow and bored boy if he could put the order in the bag. He sent me to the checkout line, saying that I had to buy the bag. The cashier was very surprised when I only asked her to buy a bag. Well, she wasn't the only one who was surprised. I don't understand why the bag isn't part of the takeaway order automatically. And what I don't understand at all is why the boy wasn't able to put the order in the bag when I already bought it. Laziness of this boy and customer service was bad. Overall, he reminded me of a sloth. He should realize that he too is a part of the customer experience that spoils the rest of the team. Well... not enough staff, overworked, they can't even check the tables if they are clean. Tables can look like junk fields. Random people come in and ask if they can have what is left on the tabels, which is nothing more than leftover trash. However, no one throws them in the bins, then it is destined to draw street people (homeless) in. Not a positive experience inside a restaurant. THis store is fast and the clerk can understand English. Although sometimes I have the impression that the store is dirty or abandoned, such is trick because ever I went it was full. So focussing on more rounds of cleaning would be great. The meals are always the same as in any Mc.
