Today, I had an incredibly disappointing experience with my food delivery order. I ordered two pizzas from what I assumed was a reliable source, Pizza Hut. However, it took an astonishing 2 hours and 45 minutes for my order to arrive, and even then, it never showed up. Despite calling three times, I received no clear answer on the whereabouts of my pizza. Frustrated by the lack of communication and the absence of an estimated delivery time, I ultimately decided to cancel my order. To put it into perspective, walking to the restaurant myself would have only taken me 14 minutes.
What infuriates me even more is the lack of transparency. Why wasn't I informed that the delivery service couldn't fulfill orders for pizzas, which are supposed to be the core product of the company? It's unacceptable and frankly embarrassing. Thankfully, Pizza Forte came to the rescue, and I'm now enjoying my pizza. Next time, I'll be sure to support businesses that value and respect their customers.
To add insult to injury, the reimbursement process for the payment I made upfront will apparently take three business days. I demand an explanation for this chaos.

I thankfully had a positive experience in another Pizza Hut in Budapest, so it didn't completely ruin my love for it, but this location should do sth drastic... anyone can easily see how understaffed they are, and although the waiting line and the amount of angry customers were huge, the stuff tried to be polite and work as fast as possible...however it objectively was not enough unfortunately and I had to wait for 2 cold pizzas for 57'... the pizzas were probably ready aroound 25' earlier to that, but there was such a huge chaos, that they were sitting in a huge pile of more than 30 full Pizza boxes that were unidentified... the pizzas themself, tastes like bad, undercooked, frozen pizzas, not even close to the Pizza hut taste and quality. Such a huge disappointment. I've had Pizza hut in more than 16 countries and multiple locations with varied opinions but never sth this terrible and disappointing. Again the stuff working at the moment, were definitely doing their best and only the upper management...
