I went in here to drink in today at around 9am (27/06/2023). As soon as we spoke Hungarian, we started to get the ignore treatment. Using SZEP KARTYA for payment made it worse. Possibly it was the trigger for the person’s behaviour. We asked to drink in, we got paper cups. We asked for double shots, we got singles, although this was rectified on request by the nice girl. The guy was ignorant, and so obviously stuck up, that he had to express his disappointment about us, that we are not foreign tourists, and that we pay by SZEP KARTYA. He must have missed that my companion left him the 10% tip, which we regret. When I mentioned, that we wanted to drink in, he lied, that they have no mugs. There was nobody else drinking in!!!! There were several mugs lying around. They just didn’t feel like having to clean the cups after us. Photo of mugs of more privileged customers attached. Our receipt was never passed to us. Wait for the drinks were about 8-10minutes which would be ok if it was busy. But we had nobody in front of us, except the delivery which was enjoying priority. Quite poor.

While I visited this Starbucks in July 2023, I believe I ordered a tripple shot tall americano, but instead they gave me a cheaper coffee, I think it was a different blend not what I ordered. Upon realizing and asking about this (I think I found out about this because there were people mentioning the store‘s temporary inability to make espresso based coffee or something of this sort) the clerk told me they can‘t make what I ordered at the time (I can‘t exactly remember if it was a temporary machine issue or something else), trying to assure me the drink they gave me would taste the same. The problem was that A) they were not gonna tell me this if I didn‘t ask, B) they didn‘t offer to give me the difference in the prices back, c) neither of the first two clerks who I spoke to apologized. (The third person I spoke to did apologize) I decided I didn‘t want that coffee I never asked for(which I did not consume) and wanted my money back. They could only give me my money back in cash, and I believe I realized later they only gave me the money back for the price of the coffee not the takeaway cup charge. I have to say this was the worst Starbucks experience...
