I'm sorry that your employee treated us with hostility and contempt, hoping we'd cancel our order. Do you really think speaking English is offensive to you? My native language is Polish, and I believe the Hungarian nation is and has been a special friend of Poland. It's all the more surprising that I encountered such hostility at your company simply because I don't speak Hungarian. The Bedouin coffee was supposed to be strong and flavorful – it was watery and weak; the other two coffees fared slightly better. I understand that I can't count on honest service here because of my origins (?) and that I deserve an inferior product and inferior service (?). We were given a dirty spoon from the dishwasher, the lady rinsed it and gave a wet one to my wife – we shouldn't have asked for a spoon with whipped cream, we should have just gotten it straight away. I'm sorry that such a young person could be rude and unkind without reason in a place where multiculturalism is part of your credo. I'm even more sorry. This place is a rip off. First, you can choose from about 50 or so coffees, which if you are going to have such a large selection, at least make a reading friendly menu. Second, if you are going to have a large selection, you should be able to make a slight modification. For example, make a chocolate mocha! But no, I HAD to choose something from the menu. Third, the pastries looked really sad. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, mediocre at best, because the pastries were clearly not made in the store. They looked reheated. A Cafe Frei kávézóban önkiszolgáló rendszer van. Megérkezéskor a pulthoz kell menni, ott magadnak leadni a rendelést, kapsz egy blokkot egy számmal, és ha elkészült a rendelésed, szólítás helyett magadnak kell elhoznod. Mindezzel még nem is lenne baj.🤷‍♀️

Ami igazán zavaró: már a rendelésnél, még a kiszolgálás előtt kérdezik meg, mennyi százalék borravalót akarsz adni (5-10% – a többit már nem is olvastam…). Ez szerintem teljes tiszteletlenség a vendéggel szemben. ‼️‼️‼️‼️

A borravaló nem kötelező, hanem elismerés – utólag, ha jó volt az élmény. ‼️‼️‼️‼️

A másik probléma a zárás. Nem udvarias figyelmeztetés van 5-10 perccel előtte, hanem 19:58-kor szóltak, hogy záróra van, és 19- kor gyakorlatilag "kitessékeltek", függetlenül attól, hogy még éppen fogyasztottál vagy nem…

Az élmény alapján az is mindegy volt, milyen az, amit rendeltél – se a kiszolgálás, se a légkör nem adta meg az élményt, amit egy kávézótól elvárna az ember.

(4- en fogyasztottunk, én fizettem, 10% - ot adtam, a belépesnél)

Olvastam korábbi kommenteket, kedves Café Frei dolgozók. Étkezdék, bevásárlóközpontok, fesztiválok – lehet, sőt biztos, hogy van( terminal és előre borravaló) de oda elvből sem megyek el. …. Viszont ez itt a Café Frei, és elvárható lenne egyfajta tisztelet a vendéggel szemben minden szempontból, hiszen ő a fogyasztó???😱
