Unfortunately they don’t have the ingredients for cocktails even though it’s on the menu. We waited almost an hour for our food because the kitchen forgot our order so we munched on the side dish. The california roll was disappointing since it missed key ingredients like cucumber. Ordered also tteokbokki and got rabokki which I personally don’t like because of the noodles, so why would i ever order it. We used to go there since day one when they opened and it was an amazing place but it’s falling down and now even lower every time we visit. We were there every week then every month and now we will not visit the place for a long time. It was not a pleasant experience. Read moreAs a fan of Korean food and restaurants, I can say The Charm is a real gem. The food is awesome, the genuine taste, service was great - waiters speak English and we could very well understand each other. Not the place if you’re looking for a formal, posh and high-end thing, but definitely the right place for a Korean genuine experience, with amazing varied food. We left full and I was sorry we could not taste more. Plenty of banchans and they refill if you ask - we...
Read moreToday, I arrived at Charm Restaurant at 6:45 PM. They closed at 8 PM, and the waiter told us that we could only order food until 7 PM. I checked the time on my phone—it was 6:48 PM, and the waiter saw that too. Then he told us again, “You can only order food until 6:50 PM.” He kept changing the order timeframe. We asked him, “Can we order barbecue?” He hesitated and then simply said, “Umm… no.” I asked at 6:48 PM and They don’t even need to cook the barbecue themselves, we will grill by ourselves. What kind of service is that? He didn’t even want to give us a menu. After that, some other Korean customers arrived, and he immediately went over to them with menus and a welcoming attitude. Such a racist and...
