Unfortunately they don’t have the ingredients for cocktails even though it’s on the menu. We waited almost an hour for our food because the kitchen forgot our order so we munched on the side dish. The california roll was disappointing since it missed key ingredients like cucumber. Ordered also tteokbokki and got rabokki which I personally don’t like because of the noodles, so why would i ever order it. We used to go there since day one when they opened and it was an amazing place but it’s falling down and now even lower every time we visit. We were there every week then every month and now we will not visit the place for a long time. It was not a pleasant experience. As a fan of Korean food and restaurants, I can say The Charm is a real gem. The food is awesome, the genuine taste, service was great - waiters speak English and we could very well understand each other. We asked for the food to be brought as soon as ready, so it did not matter the chicken took some time. When we entered, we saw many Asians eating there, a clear sign for us that was the right place to eat. It is the atmosphere of a Korean popular restaurant, nothing fancy and elegant. Not the place if you’re looking for a formal, posh and high-end thing, but definitely the right place for a Korean genuine experience, with amazing varied food. Today, I arrived at Charm Restaurant at 6:45 PM. They closed at 8 PM, and the waiter told us that we could only order food until 7 PM. I checked the time on my phone—it was 6:48 PM, and the waiter saw that too. Then he told us again, “You can only order food until 6:50 PM.” He kept changing the order timeframe.
