I enjoyed their way of working: order at the counter, enjoy by yourself/family at the table after buzzer tells you pizza is ready. No distractions.

Staff is friendly, excellent English. Menu is also available in English. 👍

Tasty pizza, similar to authentic Italian ones. Ingredients are clearly ones from Italy: anchovies, salami etc. Taste reminded me of past Italian experiences (good ones). Definitely will come back.

I enjoyed the lemonade (cut pieces of limes/lemons/oranges & fizzy water) without other syrups as per my request. My kid did not enjoyed the lemonade.

A Terrible Experience at Plebs Crust & Craft

My experience at this pizzeria in Hungary was absolutely outrageous. I ordered a pizza, two beers (which turned out to be tiny), and a dessert pizza. The menu listed the dessert at one price, but the bill showed it as double, with no explanation. I will attach photos to prove this.

Besides the misleading pricing, the hygiene of the place was unacceptable. The table wasn’t cleaned properly, and the glasses looked unsanitary.

Moreover, when we tried to express our dissatisfaction, the staff showed complete indifference. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to add a tip of 4100 HUF to a total of 7000 HUF, which is completely outrageous.

This experience reflects a total lack of respect for customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I hope the authorities investigate the practices and cleanliness of this establishment.

Csalódást keltő élmény a Plebs Crust & Craft-ben

Ez a pizzéria Magyarországon egy abszolút felháborító élményt nyújtott. Rendeltem egy pizzát, két sört (amelyek rendkívül kicsinek bizonyultak), és egy desszertpizzát. Az étlapon a desszert ára feltüntetett volt, de a számlán az ár kétszeresére emelkedett, mindenféle magyarázat nélkül. Mellékelek fényképeket is, hogy támasszam alá állításaimat.

Az árak mellett, amelyek nem felelnek meg a valóságnak, a hely tisztasága is kifogásolható. Az asztalokat nem tisztították megfelelően,.

Továbbá, amikor próbáltuk jelezni elégedetlenségünket, a személyzet teljesen közömbös volt. Mintha mindez nem lenne elég, a 7000 forintos végösszeghez 4100 forintos borravalót is felszámoltak, ami teljesen felháborító.

Ez az élmény teljes tiszteletlenséget tükröz a vendégekkel szemben. Senkinek sem ajánlom ezt a helyet, és remélem, hogy a hatóságok ellenőrzik az étterem helyességét és...

Great variety of international and Hungarian quality craft beers on tap, in cans and bottles. Craft beer is paired with excellent napoletian pizza. The place is not too large, thus it is worth to reserve a table on friday/saturday in the evening if weather is not suitable to sit outside.
