Desilicious Bajji — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Not so Desi! In fact, there was no standard bajji or mirchi bajji. All of the options on menu are different kinds of mirchi bajji. Even though menu is big, they only have few items available.

We ordered corn and cheese bajji and chocolate waffle stick. Bajji was hard, difficult to bite due to hot stuffings. Batter used isn’t the usual desi bajji batter. Though taste was good. Waffle stick was a disappointment too. Was little on raw side.

Seating and counters weren’t clean. Kitchen was messy/dirty with flour all over the place. You can’t watch them make the dishes. Definitely unappealing. When it’s an open kitchen, you need to be extra careful. When trying to make a brand, cleanliness discipline should be your top priority in today’s world.

This small cozy outlet in siripuram is serving some unusual stuffed bajji in both veg & non-veg varients. Its suitable for all ages and pockets.
