One of the worst service and worst food, I am so much hungry and went around at 930 pm and I have ordered mushroom 65 , butter chicken curry etc where manager suggested it's not gonna be spicy but when I got butter chicken curry it looks like Andhra chicken curry and it's spicy when I informed manager took back and made it look like butter chicken but still it is spicy. 2nd mushroom 65 which i ordered doesn't even look or taste like it and it's some thing taste like mushroom dipped in pickles and made it wet and immediately informed manager and instead of changing it they hesitate and mentioned this is how it looks like, infact I have shown Google pictures also and i bet most of PPL know how it look like also instead they denied it which i felt pathetic, but at last still I didn't like food I am ready to pay but I didn't eat mushroom at all which taste like pickle charged me for it. When customer didn't like food or left without eating anything no body will charge for it. It's like you need to pay even though it doesn't matter about customer satisfaction yet still it's not about money but it's about when PPL visit restaurant on great hunger and they tend to cook something which is really irrelevant and it just bad feeling that disturbs your mood especially when you are hungry. I came from out of country and i am damn out of India even foreigners know how to cook any 65 dishes even though it won't taste that much better. But I expected more from this restuarant which is in home country itself and it is the worst experience. I didn't feel like eating food home. At last I don't know manager is sarcastic or funny i said I didn't like food and he is like I will pack it for you, which i felt ridiculous. I am not visiting this place again and not gonna recommend to my friends or family. This is the second time experience i felt best part is soups 😂. Felt same thing last year with biryani thought they will improve but don't see that either. If you want good business atleast don't charge for the food if customer denies or don't eat at all. After reading the comments i order chicken RR from the restaurant on sunday (17/04/2022) at 12:14pm from swiggy chat i got there 2555 number called them at 12:19 to make chicken RR spicy they said ok. In no time just at 12:22 order is delivered to delivery partner. It is not prepared freshly the food was too cold and not at all followed the instructions.(may be prepackaged)
I understood i got bullied by their marketing strategy. They act like they care for the customers like nothing more than the customers satisfaction in just google reviews. They wont even consider us even if we specially call them and specify something which satisfies us.
