This is the worst place to Buy a cake in Visakhapatnam.

-I once went there to buy a cake for my sister's birthday. The man in the counter addresses everyone by slangs and vulgar words. He did not respect me with "sir". And used informal words instead.

-The staff does not know the name of the cake. We ordered a ₹1000/- cake. But he confused is with the wrong names and informed us that he packed the wrong cake which is ₹1200/-. This is an intentional scam.

-One of the Staff is putting his finger in the cake and tasting it, we just ordered that and got it packed. When we ask him why is he doing that, he said "He is seeing whether he packed the right cake (Black Forest, not dark truffle). He said he packed the dark truffle while we are in a hurry. He charged an extra ₹200/- for a cake we did not order.

Very overly priced cup cakes they are selling at this place. I bought 12 design cup cakes from this place and they are not at all worth of 70rs each. They just decorated a normal vanilla muffin with regular whipped cream. Its just a waste of money, I won't recommend anyone to buy a design cup cake from this place. I spend 840 rs for 12 cup cakes 🤦. And they made me to wait around 40 min from the delivery time that was committed to me. And the irony is 🤷they took more than a day to prepare these Cup cakes. I would recommend bakers castle to reconsider there price range based on the quality of cup cake that you are selling. I have eaten one of best cup cakes in Bangalore which are worth 70rs each. My Honest review about this place, food, pricing and my experience as a customer. The food is over hyped for no reason, doesn't taste like they claim. Over priced for no reason. I recently bought a birthday cake, paid 3600 for 2 kg. The flavor was milk butterscotch but it tasted like no flavoured muffin, looks like I just a paid for the brand. Customer service is very poor, you'll be judged by your outfits and will be treated accordingly. The staff and the owner in the counter are not interested in taking your order, they are always busy with hip hops and fancy kindof customers. Waste of money and time.
