My manager took us here for an early team dinner this evening. Upon entering this place, it instantly matched my vibe. Very calm ambience with classy interiors and very good music being played at the same time. The food too did not disappoint at all. We ordered the following: Veg Platter Veg Quesadillas Cheese Garlic Crostini Onion Rings Chicken Stroganoff Peri Peri Pizza Tabasco Veggies Pizza Lemon Iced Tea Oreo Milkshake Strawberry and Watermelon Margerita some kind of a Caramel Shake another Chocolate Shake with Cinnamon Vegetable Nachos
Started off with the nachos, decent taste and they served some kind of a heating dip with that in a very artistic style of plating, very balanced taste and they both complimented each other well. Quesadillas were something different for me, had it for the first time, liked it but did not find it anything extraordinary. Crostini was one of the highlights of the day. Amazing garlic flavour with the spicy sauce and melted cheese on top of it simply blew my mind away. It kind of reminded us of a Pav Bhaji like taste but we all really liked it. Onion rings again, so simple yet stole the show. Nicely seasoned and very crisply fried, it was a great snack to go with. Loved the Chicken Stroganoff, was my personal choice actually. The gravy was very creamy with good amount of chicken, mushroom, veggies and cheese. All of them together encapsulated the herb rice very well which had a very gentle aroma associated with it. Both the pizzas were slightly on the spicier side but were very filling and at the same time felt essential to end the feast on a high. The sauces associated with each of them very distinctly spread their tastes inside your taste buds and made it a pretty nice spicy adventure, atleast for me đ. The drinks were nicely made, I personally took the Lemon Iced Tea. One of my favourite summer beverages and must say, it was very refreshing and had a pretty balanced taste associated with it. For the rest of the drinks too, the feedback was good. The drinks service felt slightly on the slower side. I personally would've loved to start off my meal with the drink and having it midway somewhere was not very ideal but given the quality, I'm not complaining. Not only this but every single dish we ordered was as amazing this dish, "Buffalo hot sauce chicken wings" are not even coated well with Buffalo sauce and when asked about the same they mixed those wings with some other sauce with few garlics and bought them back and again the taste was horrible. Even the person serving there noticed how bad the food was. We made the payment and then spoke to the owner who was not even courteous enough for what has happened. Rather to my suprise this franchise owner has responded in a very impolite manner to my husbands review which made me speak like this. Dear Owner, I'm honestly disappointed, not just with my experience at your restaurant, but also with your response. Instead of acknowledging a paying customer's concerns, you've chosen to be dismissive and accuse me of writing a "false review"âwhich is both unprofessional and insulting. Let me clarify:
The garlic bread was cold the moment it was servedânot a case of me waiting to eat it.
The pizza had excess oil, not just cheese fat, and the toppings I selected were not what I received.
The fries in the Veg Platter were uncooked, not soft. There's a difference.
The mocktails had zero fizzâwhich should never happen if the soda is fresh.
And worst of all, when I brought these issues to the staff's attention during the visit, I was ignored.
I wrote this review so others could make informed decisionsânot to be called a liar. If you truly care about customer satisfaction, I suggest taking feedback seriously instead of gaslighting your guests. That would be a much more professional approach.
