We recently had the opportunity to dine at Croods Mandi Restaurant, and I must say that our experience was far from satisfactory. The overall quality of the food left much to be desired, particularly their Mandi rice which lacked any discernible taste. It was quite disappointing considering that Mandi is a dish known for its flavorful and aromatic qualities.

Even their Kunafa dessert, although passable, failed to impress. It didn't quite meet the standards I had come to expect from similar establishments. It lacked the perfect balance of sweetness and texture that makes a Kunafa truly memorable.

To make matters worse, the prices at Croods Mandi Restaurant are exorbitant. We ended up spending over 5000 rupees that fell far short of my expectations. One would assume that at such a high price point, the quantity and quality of the food would be exceptional, but sadly, this was not the case.

Another issue I encountered was with the condiments. The mayonnaise provided with the meal was insufficient, and when we requested an extra serving, we were unexpectedly charged for it. This added insult to injury, as it felt like a petty and unnecessary way to extract more money from customers.

In summary, my experience at Croods Mandi Restaurant was highly disappointing and certainly not worth the hefty price tag. The lackluster taste of the Mandi rice, average Kunafa dessert, and the ungenerous approach to providing condiments left a lot to be desired. Found Dead Fly in Mandi – Disgusting Experience & Staff Disrespect

I ordered half mutton juicy mandi at Mandi Croods and was shocked to find a dead fly in the rice after eating half of it. I called the staff immediately, and instead of showing concern, they casually said, “We’ll give you a discount and knock off half the price.”

I told them I would report this to the food commission. Their arrogant reply? “Pay ₹500 instead of 881 rupees.” I asked to speak to the owner, and they said, “He doesn’t even live here, and if you complain, the fine will be cut from our salary.”

Out of basic human courtesy, I still paid ₹500, not wanting to hurt the workers but this is my message to the owner: If I do not hear from you within 7 business days, I will file a formal complaint with the Food Safety Commission. And if any health issue arises due to this, you will be held completely liable.

This isn’t just unhygienic it’s dangerous and careless. Fix your standards...

Here you can get the food which definitely poision in your stomach. Recently my friends visited here they ordered chicken wings Mandi, and then the real taste of Mandi shows up. Next day morning they woke up with food poison infection in there body. Soon they visited hospital and doctors confirmed that they effected with food poison and they end up paying 30,000rs. for their medical bills. They even raised complaint in Food Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh. This is not the first time happened, it also happened in past two months back.
