Bean Board - Chinna Waltair — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Scene 1: order placed and payment done via UPI. Payment reflected in mine but not to bean board. Scene 2: Marble Mocha was really nice but felt hot chocolate was not that hot not chocolatey. So, conveyed the same to guy incharge. He says " that is how we make it, No one has ever set a remark on hot chocolate and your payment still hasn't reflected in our account." This made no sense. Scene 3: Instead of extending the pointless argument, I've asked him for solution and provided the screenshot of my transaction and the transaction ID. He refused to make any changes to my hot chocolate.

Pondering upon 3 scenes, I felt that I spoke politely and acted within my customer limits. Would request the owners to provide customer sensitisation to the staff so that situations like these would be handled better by the staff. Overall disappointing first experience after all the hype I've heard about the place. Leaving the unpleasant hot chocolate large picture behind. Owners could do better with the quality and handling of customers. Would love to visit again for a renewed...

It's a good coffee shop to visit with a very good interior ambiance. Food over here is reasonable and a lot of varieties aren't available in the menu. It's only just coffee, frappe, waffle, ice teas,sandwiches, cakes and rolls are available in the menu for the people. A variety of coffee options are available for coffee lovers. This place can be better if more tables are added and a bit of peaceful atmosphere is expected coz a lot of noise and buzz from other people around us feel disturbed to come. Seating capacity could be added. Earlier this was near Siripuram which was worth going again and again coz it was a peaceful place so that the other person won't disturb you in any way which isn't seen here. Just love the ambiance and new atmosphere over here with a more developed place than older Bean Board. It could be better if games are made available to people who come coz the same were available in Siripuram earlier. I am a coffee lover myself and I am completely into coffee all the time so if I would like to go head and have my one cup of coffee in the morning or in the evening it would definitely be bean board I am sure most of the coffee lovers of who knows a lot about coffee will definitely agree with me on the same one cup of coffee or rather the best coffee would definitely make anybody's day so my recommendation would definitely be Bean Board Chinna waltair branch
